By downloading, installing, or using Baigo ERP ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software for your internal business purposes.
2. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Data Backup: While Baigo ERP provides tools for backing up data to Google Drive, you are ultimately responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any loss of data caused by device failure, user error, or third-party service outages.
- Compliance: You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our payment partner, Polar.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your license will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To request a refund, please contact support.
4. Intellectual Property
The Software, including its code, design, interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of Baigo ERP and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAIGO ERP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
7. Google Drive Integration
Our Software integrates with Google Drive. By using this feature, you agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of Google Drive services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from your devices.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or a notification within the Software. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
